Here’s how the return process works. IT’S THAT SIMPLE.
1. Submit the return request
Returns are accepted within 10-days of delivery/pickup. Only unused, undamaged, & uninstalled products are eligible for a refund. Once the tires are received back at our warehouse, please allow 5-7 business days for inspection by an NCM Tires product specialist. If approved, we will issue a refund back to the original form of payment minus a 25% restocking fee, shipping costs, plus any handling fees on the original order.
The 25% restocking fee will be waived if you need to place another order or in the unlikely event that we shipped the wrong tire.
2. Prepare tires for shipment
Tape each return label directly to the thread of the tires. Ensure the label is secure to avoid the label coming off during shipping.

3. Ship tires to us
With the return labels securely taped to the tires, contact us and we’ll schedule a pickup from your home or business with our freight company which will then be shipped directly to our warehouse.
Shipping and Damage Claims
If your order arrived and the product(s) are either incorrect or damaged, please call us at (786) 879-0855, as soon as possible. We’ll report the damage to the carrier, the shipper, and create a replacement order for you. We will need the damaged or incorrect product(s) returned, therefore arrangements will be made for the product(s) to be picked up. All you need to do is attach the shipping labels (which we’ll send to you) to the product(s).
Manufacturer’s Warranty Policy
Merchandise covered by a manufacturer's warranty is sold with the warranty by the manufacturer extended to the purchaser. We will be happy to assist in obtaining fulfillment of a manufacturer's warranty.
